All our canopies are made from high quality 430 catering grade stainless steel with a smooth wipe clean interior finish and a circle polish exterior (Brushed finish available). Stainless Kitchen Solutions standard Canopies are of a folded and riveted construction with fully welded corners. All edges are safety folded edges inside the filter bank and also around the Canopy. All Canopies come with removable and washable stainless steel baffle grease filters. The filter bank runs the complete length of the Canopy with drain holes at the bottom to allow excess oil to drain away to the grease collection channels.
Our range of Canopies come in sizes from 1000mm or 1200mm deep and can be manufactured to any length you require. All of our extract Canopies are designed in accordance with DW/172. Our Canopies are poly coated to prevent any scratches or dirt, the wrap is easily removed. Main picture above circle polished canopy with 3 filters, other shown are examples of what we manufacture.
